How long will it take for my kitchenware to arrive? We offer three reliable shipping tiers across the USA to ensure your kitchen is ready for its next creation:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For the urgent culinary upgrades.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package starts its journey to your kitchen.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We want you to love your Modern Mesa experience. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if an item arrives broken? We take great care in packaging fragile items, but we know accidents happen. If an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@modernmesa.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Are your products food-safe and BPA-free? Absolutely. Your health is our priority. Every item at Modern Mesa is made from non-toxic, food-grade materials that meet or exceed US safety standards.

How should I clean my Modern Mesa tools? To preserve the finish of your items, please refer to the care instructions on each product page. While many of our items are dishwasher safe, we often recommend hand-washing for wooden and high-carbon steel products.
